My favorite websites

Hello everyone!

Today I to tell you about my favorite place the internet.  In general I not visit many places to internet. But exist one website that I frequently review.  This is a site called http://gomezmillano.tumblr.com/. I like it because it shows a lot of information about politics but ironic way. I started to visit this site since one year. I love it because it makes me laughs. I discovery this site through university friend.

I cannot talk about my favorite websites but I haven`t.  Nevertheless, I have to visit always the site called www.facebook.com because it keeps me inform about everything like: university, the contingency, events and parties. This site I keeps me to connect with world.  I discovery this site through my brother. I have one facebook since the last years. But the really reason because I open one is for keeps connect with my school friends.

My Favorite Band

Hi classmate!

If I had to mention my favorite band, I’d probably choose Illapu as it. Illapu is a chilean musical band formed by musicians of Antofagasta at some point of the 70’s I think. The word “Illapu” comes from the aymara language and means “thunder” in english. I think they chose that name because of the power they wanted to give to their music.
The type of music they play is latinamerican folklore, but the focus mostly on andean music. You can easily recognize their style because of the instruments they play with: charangos, pan flutes and quenas are some of them.
My favorite song – if I have to choose one – has a lot to do with the reason why I like this band so much. It’s called “Lejos del amor”, and I enjoy to listen to it because it reminds me of my father singing it to me when I was just a little girl. The relation between the memories of my father and this band gives Illapu a special place in my heart.
